We are seeking a Production Manager to support one of our CG animated feature films. This Production Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the show. Through production planning, budgeting, tracking, and supervision, the Production Manager is responsible for keeping the project on schedule and within budget from pre-production through post production.
What You’ll Do:

Assistant, Global Distribution
Lionsgate is seeking an experienced Assistant to support the President and COO of the Motion Picture Group whose oversight encompasses domestic and international Theatrical, Home Entertainment and Television distribution. The position will also support the EVP, Global Distribution of the Motion Picture Group. This position requires an ability to interact with staff at all levels and high-profile contacts in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, all while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Provide critical support to the President and COO of the Motion Picture Group and EVP, Global Distribution of the Motion Picture Group, including handling confidential assignments, coordinating day-to-day operations, and anticipating executive needs.
Assist with inbound and outbound company communication and correspondence, maintaining a strong understanding of departmental operations and business objectives.
Manage two complex and dynamic calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling across time zones and shifting priorities.
Execute general administrative tasks such as answering phones, booking travel, managing team coordination, and preparing expense reports using Concur.
Organize and facilitate both virtual and in-person meetings/calls, overseeing all logistics including booking rooms, organizing materials, A/V setup, catering, and attendee coordination.
Track follow-up items, manage deadlines, maintain notes, and summarize action items on all matters requiring executive attention.
Complete ad-hoc assignments and support cross-functional projects as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
Prior experience supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Outlook) and video conferencing; comfortable adopting new technology.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with an emphasis on accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with enthusiasm for building relationships across departments and with external partners.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and remain composed under pressure.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Passion for the business of entertainment, with a particular interest in Global Distribution.
Assistant, C-Suite
Lionsgate is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Assistant, C-Suite. This role reports directly to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and will provide key administrative and operational support to both the CEO and Vice Chairman, while also serving as a secondary resource to the broader C-suite executive support team. Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the CEO and Vice Chairman under the guidance of the Executive Assistant to the CEO
Assist with managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing meeting materials
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed
Help with organizing documents, decks, reports, and incoming materials such as scripts and screenings
Support internal and external meetings by setting up in-person or virtual spaces and capturing key follow-up items
Act as a liaison and point-of-contact on behalf of the executive office when needed
Partner closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure high-level priorities and day-to-day details are aligned and executed smoothly
Provide backup support to the Executive Assistants of the C-suite, stepping in as needed to ensure continuity during busy periods or absences
Assist with ad hoc tasks and special projects across the executive team, including research, prep materials, and event support
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality across all responsibilities
Be available after hours for urgent, time-sensitive needs, as required
Qualifications and Skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Bachelor’s Degree
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
Ability to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and remain calm under pressure
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with senior-level executives

Nice to Haves
1+ years of relevant administrative or assistant experience, ideally in the entertainment, media, or creative industries
BBA (or undergrad coursework in finance/economic/business)
Experience supporting multiple executives or working in a “floater” or cross-functional support role
Passion for the entertainment industry and an interest in executive leadership operations
Familiarity with industry workflows such as production, agencies, or talent relations
