Personal Assistant Positions
CAREER PERSONAL ASSISTANT/EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO INFLUENCER & MODEL
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Sherman Oaks, Office & On-Site Shoots)
Compensation: Up to $120K DOE + $500/month stipend
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM with flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights as needed

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to support a high-profile Influencer and Model based in Los Angeles. This is a hybrid role that blends traditional executive support with hands-on personal assistance and lifestyle management. The ideal candidate is experienced in high-level support roles, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a natural ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive day-to-day administrative and personal support
Manage and maintain a complex, ever-evolving calendar across multiple time zones
Coordinate travel and accommodations, including cars, flights, hotels, and on-the-ground logistics
Serve as liaison between the Principal and her management, team members, family, and outside contacts
Oversee errands, scheduling, wardrobe coordination, returns, and event RSVPs
Maintain clear and confidential communication with all internal and external partiesHandle household-related tasks including scheduling vendors, organizing deliveries, and working in tandem with the housekeeper
Support with pet care (dog sitting, feeding, vet appointments, etc.) and overnight house/pet sitting when the Principal is away (approx once a month)
Manage closets and prepare wardrobe (including coordinating steaming, returns, and outfit logistics)
Oversee prescription refills, food orders, and general shopping needs (including gift buying and personal returns)
Track and reconcile monthly expenses including credit card statements and subscriptions
Light event planning and party coordination
Packing and unpacking for travel and shoots
Qualifications:
3+ years experience supporting a high-profile individual, influencer, or talent in a personal assistant or EA capacity
Ability to manage high volumes of communication and adapt to shifting priorities with grace
Strong organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented and calm under pressure
Tech-savvy
Must love animals and be comfortable taking on full pet care when needed
Clean driving record and valid U.S. passport required
Trustworthy, loyal, and emotionally intelligent
Comfortable working in environments that blend business and personal life seamlessly
Ability to travel in the future after approximately one year in the role
