The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of production to assist with staff logistics, scheduling, project management, and day-to-day support. Full time, on-site position based in North Carolina, travel required.
All relocation costs will be covered.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of principal’s professional and personal life
Travel with principal and act as right hand and point of contact
Must be comfortable spearheading various in-house and commercial projects in new locations.
Proactive calendar management, ensure the principal’s calendar is meticulously maintained and updated, schedule work and personal appointments.
Manage the principal’s professional and personal staff (house manager) and entourage.
Ensure all logistics and advancings are aligned and in order.
Take notes on calls & in meetings as needed, manage action items
Have daily check-ins and weekly meetings to discuss calendar and ongoing projects
Work closely with all teams and stay on top of communication.
Assist as needed to arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
Anticipate the needs of the principal, provide discreet and reliable support - proactiveness is key!
Be available for occasional after-hours support and adapt to a flexible schedule.
Draft, proofread, and manage email correspondence and other communications.
Organize events, media appearances, and business meetings as needed.
Research and compile information for projects, proposals, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
Proven 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, but previous Chief of Staff title not required.
Must have a pulse on the media landscape.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of interacting with high-profile -individuals, high level of discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
Ability to work independently and take initiative; flexible and able to prioritize.
Must be open to traveling for work.
